This project was given to emphasize conceptual design. We were tasked with converting a garage into a completely new space with only the direction of an inspirational word. I was given "Escape", and I achieved this through the use of a soft colour palette, relaxed linework, and natural textures and materials. My original concept board drove the direction of the project, and the final result was visually communicated through the use of a presentation poster using Adobe InDesign. This project furthered my understanding and experience of the Adobe softwares and allowed me complete creative freedom while further experimenting with SketchUp as well.
